BWP is the annual Labor Workforce conference hosted by the Workforce & Economic Development Program (WED) of the California Labor Federation. BWP is a convening of Labor Unions, Workforce Boards, Joint Apprenticeship Training Programs, Community Based Organizations, Education, State Agencies, and other institutions belonging to the larger workforce community.
